Ajay (pronounced “Ah-jay”) graduated from the University of Iowa and later earned his law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. For almost thirty years, Ajay has represented the injured. His goal, and his promise to you, is to help the injured and their families. Ajay’s commitment to success also extends to improving each generation of new lawyers – he makes himself available to his law school to mentor soon to be or newer lawyers.
Ajay has a track record that speaks for itself. He started his own practice shortly after being admitted to the bar and tried his first wrongful death medical malpractice case in 1998. He has been aggressively representing the injured ever since. He has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for the injured. To this day he is the same fearless advocate when litigating for the rights of California workers, patients, and consumers. The only difference now versus 25 years ago, is that experience has made him an even more effective advocate.
Ajay is a member of the San Diego Trial Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Ajay is a longtime resident of southern California. He keeps his mind sharp by riding his bike, swimming in the ocean, and playing golf.
